Quadrafire Large Combustion/Exhaust Blower for Quadra-Fire 1000 pellet stoves. OEM part # 812-0051. Some Quadra-Fire 1000 stoves take a smaller blower so be sure to measure your old blower. Manufactured by Fasco. Housing has 5 tabs for bolts, measures 7 1/2" across, 5 1/8" from housing to motor, and the motor is 3 1/2" high. See photos.
