  • I have a Quadra Fire 1200i. Had to replace the control box because it bumped and shorted out. With the new control box on the, when the tstat is set to call for heat the blue light inside the control box comes on and the red heat light comes on. The combustion blower comes on for few seconds, then the exhaust blower comes on for few seconds and stops, then the exhaust blower comes for a few seconds and stops. The stove will continue to go through cycle. The stove does not go the cycles of lighting the stove.

  • Hello
The blue light flashes a number of times to verify the rotating recessed switch is set to the correct model stove. See control box instruction sheet.
When the stove is plugged into the wall outlet it is normal for the exhaust blower turns on for approximately 20 mins
The red call light comes on when the thermostat is set to a temperature above the room temperature so the stove will commence startup.
The combustion blower is the exhaust blower, if you mean convection blower, there is a test that turns that on during startup to show it is working.
If the igniter does not get hot or if there are pellets blocking the hole in front of the igniter, the stove will not fire up.
    Hope this helps
