  • My cheap Charlie runs good for awhile then Pellets backing up fill burn pot and start going up shoot

  • Usually if the pellets are backing up into the hopper drop chute there is not enough air to burn the pellets completely. There needs to be 35 parts air to 1 part fuel for proper burning. Make sure the stove and venting is clean and the exhaust blower is not weak or the bearings are not wearing out. Replace exhaust blower if needed. check the instructions for the trim pot to increase or decrease the pellet flow on the low heat settings.

  • Check your igniter and make sure it is light front to back

    Ohm it out ours was lit only at the back 1/4” before wires

    Replaced and pellet stove working fine burning the complete pot to ash

  • The igniter should read approx 50 ohms
