My Honeywell thermostat does calls for heat, but my Whitfield Profile 20 control board clicks and will not start to feed pellets!

Please Help with clicking control Board.

Make sure the T-Stat is for 24 Volts and check the stove to assure it works in manual mode by adding the jumper to the T-Stat terminals.
