Fan rpm and ignition

Does anyone know if the combustion fan rpm and convection fan rpm need to be the same on and Advantage II? Both are rated at 3000 but the fan connected to the exhaust pipe is running visibly slower and the stove is have a difficult time ignition.

If the the exhaust blower is old and weak then it will not light the pellets at times.

Also check the igniter to make sure the tip of it is glowing red so it is hot enough to light the pellets.

Also check the control panel by placing an AC volt meter on the exhaust blower to check for proper voltage at each heat level delivered to the exhaust blower.
Heat Level 1 - 70 VAC
Heat Level 2 - 76 VAC
Heat Level 3 - 79 VAC
Heat Level 4 - 85 VAC
Heat Level 5 - 107 VAC
