England 25-puf completely dead

2006 model englander, was running fine and died suddenly. Replaced glass fuse and still won't power on at all. Am I looking at a control board or would something else cause this?

Yes, it is it is the control panel, but that part has been discontinued and the manufacturer is no longer making more.
