Santa Fe quadrafire insert

My insert is 18 years old and I have replaced blower snap discs and auger motor before to keep it running. I have been having an issue with it. I can get it to start run with blower and all but I have no red or Amber call light and it won’t feed pellets after starting? Changed thermo coupler but still no call light? It has the blue light upon start up though. Need help!

Try removing the thermostat wires and connect a jumper wire to the two screw terminals. If the stove works then you have a problem with the t-stat. If it uses batteries, you may need new ones.

No it isn’t battery operated it’s wired and I tried jumping.
