Vulcan V-150 control panel issues

The fan is the only function that is working right now. It's been cleaned and all parts have been checked. It has an Acutron II control panel. Do I need to replace the entire panel or is there another level of troubleshooting I should explore before spending $379?

Yes I would check all the motors with an AC cord and the safety snap discs & vacuum switch with a continuity tester. Here are some pics to use as a guide.
