Kalor PAOLA 13D - Depress fault

    Hi,

    Are there any experts familiar with the Kalor Paola 13D out there?

    My stove fails after 4-5 minutes with the error message Depress Fault.

    The only thing I find strange is that there are brand new pellets in the lower section, but I have no idea how to access that area to remove them. Could they be blocking airflow, causing the issue?

    FAILURE
    DEPRESS FAULT
    Obstructed  flue - Clean the  flue or check the exhaust blower and the area around it.
