Breckwell Big E not responding to T-Stat

My Big E pellet stove has stopped responding to the thermostat. It works fine in manual mode. When I set the stove's mode switch to on/off for use by the t-stat, the unit runs continuously. The t-stat is in working condition and I attached a different known good t-stat directly to the control board with the same results. Before I spend $400 for a new board, is there something I've overlooked? Thanks

If you unplug the stove and remove the T-Stat wires from the control panel, plug the stove back in and then if the stove runs in on-off mode, then The control panel is defective.
So try that and if you need a new control panel, you may order it here.
