Harmon Accentra-2 item number 1-90-02470-1

I have owned a Harmon Pellet stove for 12 years, this year it will not shut down after turning down the temperature control. and the fan control dials. The only way I was able to get the stove to shut down was to remove pellets, and wait for the stove to stop,
I ensured the holes located on the burn pot are not plugged up, I verified this a flashlight.
I physically inspected the circuit board, item number 3-20-05374. It does NOT smell burnt.
I have attached some photos, that might help. The manual number 3-90-08326.
Are there any other components I could check?

If you have the black wire ESP probe, it should read 1.000 ohms on the test points on the back of the plug that plugs into the circuit board when this is unplugged from the circuit board. So if it does not read close to 1K and a lot less, then the board thinks the stove is hot and the blower does not shut off. If that is not it then the circuit board needs replacement.
