Castle Serenity control panel not coming on

Control panel shows having power with a tester but the screen never comes on. swapped out fuse at power box, still no luck. What else could it be? thanks for any help

Sounds like a bad control panel so the best thing to do is call Ardisam using the phone number in your manual to confirm.
