Whitfield Advantage II is dead

I have a Whitfield advantage II pellet stove, the lady I got it from said the board was bad a few years ago and the service man took it and he never came back to fix it, so I got a new control board and plugged it in and all the lights were on on the blower and auger I tried pushing start and then there was a spark from the board and I could smell burning so I un hooked it, so where do I look next blower or auger?

It sounds like a short in the wiring blew out the control board. Your new board may be blown also. I would get a new wiring harness and you may need another control board also. First check the auger and the blowers with an AC line cord. Just connect the cord and plug it into the wall. If the auger and blowers run this way, they are good.
