I have a Traditions/Lennox stove. Tested n/c pressure switch and n/c high limit switch which are closed (ohms=1). Should I send in the controller for testing? I can't find the inlet high limit switch.
Some Whitfields have a second high limit switch on the inlet air pipe in the back of the stove in the middle or on the bottom near the inlet pipe. That should also be normally closed. Consult your wire diagram for your model to see if it has one. See attached PDF (Diagram shows there should be an inlet high limit)
If you do not see one then yes you can send the controller in for repair
Just click on the link here, and click add to cart and we will email a prepaid label to send your board in to the technician.
