Error code E3 and E4 is it the control board ? and is there an upgrade with a remote thermostat ?
Hello James
E4 is a 12 Minute time out if there is no fire in 12 minutes. This could be a bad sensor.
E3 error means the hopper ran out of pellets. This could also be a bad sensor.
So I would check or replace the Low Limit Snap disc before replacing the circuit board.

According to US Stove, there is no other circuit panel for this stove.
This panel works on the Auto-Hi/Lo so when the room temp comes up to the set temp say 70 Degs on the panel, then the stove will drop from the desired user's heat level for example 3 to the lowest heat level 1 to keep the house from freezing. When the room temp drops more than 2 degrees lower than the set temp in this case 68 degrees then the stove will go back up to the set heat level in this case 3 until the room comes up to the set temp in this case 70 Degs.
Hello
There is a white round sensor next to the exhaust blower and if there is a white gasket behind it, then remove the gasket and clean it off, that can cause this problem.
Also on the other side is a round sensor with a button between the wires you can press to reset it. If you hear a click when pressing the button it did trip and that will fix it.
Good luck
