Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped via standard U.S. Postal Services, UPS, and Fed Ex depending on our suppliers and most efficient method of shipment. Products typically ship within 3-5 business days. You will be notified when as your order ships. You may use the shipping calculator in your cart to determine shipping before you checkout. Shipping will be added to the total cost at the end of checkout. Occasionally, our supplier may not have an item in their warehouse and may have to place it on backorder. We will notify you if that happens and will let you know as soon as it becomes available. If you have any questions about the status of your order, you may contact us by clicking the link at the top of the page. Please make sure the address in your PayPal account is up to date. You will be responsible for charges due to re-routing or returning of a shipment due to an incorrect address.
International Orders: Occasionally, there may be additional charges separate from our shipping charge to packages shipped outside the US. You are responsible for paying any VAT or taxes incurred. These are calculated at customs and due when you receive the package. It may be collected by the carrier (UPS, USPS, Fed Ex). We do NOT know if and when you may be charged in advance since it won't be calculated until the package reaches customs.
Payment Options
We currently accept PayPal, debit, and credit cards. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. If you don't have a PayPal account and would like to pay with a credit card or debit card without setting up an account, you may. Simply provide your credit card and billing information when you check out with PayPal. You will receive a confirmation once the order is completed.
